eBot is a powerful match management plugin designed for CS:GO. It has two major features: match management and match statistics.

Match Management

eBot includes a whole series of commands which can be called at various moments using the game chat. These commands allow players to get your personal stats, the match score, to start the match, to pause the match etc.

Match Statistics

eBot will record and calculate stats for every player and every match played, including player stats, round stats, map stats and even stats for a entire tournament.

This tutorial will teach you how to use eBot to manipulate matches in the game.

How to play a match using eBot

I. Map VETO

Map VETO are used for both BO1 format and BO3 format。For each format, 2 knife rounds should be played.

In VETO BO1 format, the losing team of the 1st knife round drops a map from the map pool. Then the winning team drops another.

The losing team of the 2nd knife round drops a map from the remaining 5 maps. Then the winning team drops another.

The remaining map will be played for the match.

In VETO BO3 format, the winning team of the 1st knife round drops a map from the map pool. Then the losing team drops another.

The winning team of the 2nd knife round chooses a map from the remaining 3 maps as the first map to be played. Then the losing team chooses one from the remaining 2 as the second map.

The last map will be the third map to be played.

The detailed procedure is listed below:

1. Before a match starts, the referee will load the map for knife round - de_dust2.

2. All players from both teams should start UAC scanning (Make sure correct MatchID is entered in UAC!) and enter the server. The referee will signal players that the match can be started after checking players' idendity.

3. When your team is ready, type !ready/.ready in the chat. When both teams are ready, ebot will start the 1st knife round. All players should come to the A long and start the knife fight.

3. After the 1st knife round ends, team leaders should inform the referee in the chat which map they want to drop. Then the referee will stops the match and bring it back to the knife round warm-up state. Repeat step 2 until the map(s) are determined.

4. After the map(s) are determined, the referee will load the (1st) determined map.

II. Side-selection Knife Round

1. After the map is loaded, all players type !ready/.ready in the chat when they are ready to start the match. After both teams are ready, eBot will start the knife round.

2. After the knife round ends, the winning team should type !stay/.stay to stay or !switch/.switch to switch sides. eBot will switch or not switch sides according to the winning team's choice.

III. Going LIVE

After sides are determined, once any player from both team types out !ready/.ready, the match will go live.

IV. Pause and Unpause

When your teammate drops out of the game during the match and you want to pause the match, any players from your team can type !pause/.pause in the chat. eBot will pause the game during the freeze time of the next round, during which players in the server can do what they want without worrying about affecting their money and the match score.

After the dropped player reconnects to the server (with UAC scanning started), both teams should type !unpause/.unpause in order to resume the game.
